Under current law, the minimum investment is $800,000 for projects in a qualifying Targeted Employment Area (TEA) — typically rural or high-unemployment areas — and $1,050,000 for non-TEA projects. Healthcare facilities generally support strong direct job counts (clinicians, nurses, technicians, administrative staff) plus indirect and induced jobs in regional-center-sponsored projects, giving many of our offerings a healthy job-creation buffer above the minimum requirement.
