Why We Only Invest in Healthcare

Our focus

We operate as a regional center and fund manager exclusively within eight healthcare verticals: primary care clinics, urgent care centers, specialist medical offices, hospice and palliative care, outpatient surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, skilled nursing facilities, and senior/assisted living communities. We do not sponsor hotels, multifamily housing, or other real estate categories common elsewhere in the EB-5 industry. That focus lets our underwriting team build deep expertise in healthcare licensing, reimbursement dynamics, staffing ratios, and operator selection — the specific factors that determine whether a healthcare project will hit its job-creation numbers and remain financially sound through the I-829 stage and beyond.

Our track record

How we select projects

1. Licensed, experienced operators only. We partner with healthcare operators who already have a track record in their specific care category — we don't fund first-time operators with unproven clinical or business models.
2. Independent job-creation analysis. Every project's job-creation methodology is prepared by a qualified, independent economist using accepted USCIS-recognized input-output models.
3. TEA verification. We confirm Targeted Employment Area status with current census and labor data before offering a project at the reduced $800,000 threshold.
4. Full financial transparency. Every offering memorandum includes underlying project financials, construction/operating milestones, and risk factors for investor review.
